Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the good4d platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and good4d as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you first register or use our services.
By registering an account, users confirm that they are aged 18 or above, are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online entertainment services.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including instances where your account is accessed by another party due to your own negligence.
- Good4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security.
- The platform must not be used for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or breach good4d's security systems is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing, selling or allowing any other party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automation software, bots or any other method to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Registering an account under a false identity or using another person's information without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the good4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time, including local e-wallets and internet banking. Minimum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change. good4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. good4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if suspicious activity is reported or detected. Any taxes or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.

Liability Limits & Account Policies
Good4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, data loss, service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance, and any technical issues beyond the platform's control. good4d's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Good4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity or suspected use of illicit funds is detected.
- The user provided false information during registration or verification.
- The user operates more than one account at the same time.
- A regulatory authority issues a directive or order relating to the account.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials found on the good4d platform are the exclusive property of good4d or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without prior written consent from good4d. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The good4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. good4d has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any content or losses arising from the use of such links.
Good4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Platform & Game Usage Rules
Good4d users agree to comply with the game rules set for each category — including Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino and lottery. The following are general principles that apply to all users:
All game outcomes generated by the RNG system or live dealers are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of general technical grounds. In the event of a verified technical error that demonstrably affects the outcome, good4d reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager.
All bonuses and promotions offered by good4d are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, including wagering requirements and validity periods. Users found to be abusing promotions or using unfair methods to meet bonus conditions may forfeit those rewards.
